Be Courageous
Living a life of faith takes courage. Most people do not realise it, but it does! It takes courage to stand up in the face of sickness and declare you are healed by the stripes of Jesus. It takes courage to believe for prosperity and put your last cent in the offering plate when poverty […]
How is Your Spiritual Maintenance?
Did you know that the seemingly innocent things in your everyday life can suffocate your spiritual life if you allow it? The Lord once told me in prayer one day that this nation has become a nation of maintenance men. We have so many things to maintain, He told me. We maintain our houses. We […]
Take Correction
There is one thing you can do that will accelerate your spiritual growth more than almost any other thing; learn to take correction, from the Spirit of God and from His people. So few believers seem to be able to do that. When their Pastor gets on the pulpit and preaches about something they already […]
Real Intercession
When someone hurts us, our natural human reaction is to strike back, to ask God to knock them out. However, that is not God’s way. I realised that one time when family of mine were abducted and assaulted. I was praying about the situation and puzzling over it. “Lord,” I began to ask, “why did […]
Do Not Be Disturbed

Plant a Seed and Watch It Grow!
Jesus compares the workings of the Kingdom of God to planting seeds in the earth. “When the seed is sown”, He said, “it grows up…” Notice He did not say that it would occasionally grow up. He did not say that it grows up if it is God’s will. He said, “It grows up and […]
Strike It Rich
“To the end that through [their receiving] Christ Jesus, the blessing [promised] to Abraham might come upon the Gentiles, so that we through faith might [all] receive [the realisation of] the promise of the [Holy] Spirit.” Galatians 3:14 (AMPC) One of the problems that has hung around the Church for years is poverty. However, the […]
