When we were born again, we were not half-reborn, we were not made half-righteous or a quarter righteous. We were made the righteousness of God in Christ! We were made a joint heir with Him. According to Strong’s Concordance that term joint heir refers to a personal equality, based on an equality of possession.
Jesus went to the cross to give us what He already possessed. He rose again so that we could be recreated in His image. We are the victory of Almighty God! We are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. We are everything to the Father that Jesus is. John 17:23 actually says that God loves us as much as He loves Jesus.
Once We dare to accept that fact, our life will be forever changed. We will no longer be satisfied to just sit around whining and wishing things were different. We will want to step up to the position of authority that Jesus has given us, to take our rightful place beside Him and learn to operate the way He does.
As His people, we are everything to God that Jesus is.
“For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].” 2 Corinthians 5:21 (AMPC)
“Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. Thank you Jesus for Your sacrifice that puts me in complete right standing with the Father, if I believe it, and take hold of it. Thank you Father for accepting me into the Blessed redemption of Jesus Christ. Thank you Holy Spirit for reminding me everyday of what You have done for me and leading me ever closer to a place of complete sanctification in Jesus Christ. Amen.”
If we will receive this message, if we will dare to believe it, if we will dare to put it into action, it will radically alter our lives. It will take us from religion to reality, today!
