Dare to Decide

Do not worry about making decisions for God.  Do not be afraid to step out in faith and declare that we are going to do something new that He has shown us to do.  The thought might arise, ‘What if we fail’?  Be careful, we can be so scared of failing, that we can muddle around in indecision for weeks.  However, the day will come when we realise that it has never been our own power that was going to carry it out anyway.  It will take our decision however, to decide whether or not to move and place God in that scene of our lives.  Once we then decide what we are going to do, and commit ourselves totally to it, God will back us unconditionally!

What we should learn is this truth from the Word of God that, if we pay attention to it, it will revolutionise our lives.  It is truth that carries an awesome responsibility with it though, but it is a fabulous thing to realise.

Here it is.  The right, the privilege, and the power to decide has been left by God in the hands of men.

We have the right, for example, to decide where we are going to spend eternity.  We have a right to make that decision, and God will back your decision.

God can do everything for you but decide.  He has provided the power.  He has provided His Name.  He has provided the blood of Jesus.  He has provided the kingdom of God.  He has even made us partakers of it (Colossians 1:12).

He is not going to shove that inheritance down our throats.  Somewhere down the line, each one of us has to make the decision to receive it.

Now the beautiful part is this.  When we make that decision, God will back you to the hilt with His power.  Once you make a decision to be born again, there is no devil in hell big enough to stop you.  All you have to do is decide.

“And [Pharaoh] said, Tomorrow.  [Moses] said, Let it be as you say, that you may know that there is no one like the Lord our God”.  Exodus 8:10 (AMPC)

Decide now.  Declare your decision.  Let it be done unto you according to your words.

Is God leading you in some new direction?  Is He leading you to step out in faith for healing or prosperity or to take a whole new step of ministry?  Do not let fear hold you back.

“Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus.  Today, I choose to step out in faith and take hold of that which You have in store for me.  I choose to make every move, thought, and word count for Your Kingdom from this moment on.  Just as Jesus decided to lay down His life for me, I now decide to lay my life down for Him and His Kingdom.  Amen.”

Step out and take hold of God’s Richest Love and Blessings which is your portion.
