01 · Safety, risk and quality

Make your systems
part of the working day.

OHSERQ brings together Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, Risk, and Quality. These connected disciplines help a business understand its responsibilities and manage how work is done.

Support can include reviewing existing records, documenting processes, developing practical tools and helping responsible people put agreed actions into practice.

Occupational health

Focuses on how work may affect people’s health, including exposure to noise, dust, substances and physical demands.

Practical support: organising exposure-related records, identifying gaps in procedures and tracking actions or referrals to appropriately qualified specialists.

Workplace safety

Focuses on preventing injuries by identifying hazards and putting suitable precautions into everyday tasks.

Practical support: risk assessments, safety files, inspection checklists, incident records, emergency-procedure documentation and corrective-action tracking.

Environmental management

Looks at how business activities affect the environment, including waste, spills, material storage and resource use.

Practical support: documenting relevant activities and controls, keeping inspection records and assigning follow-up actions to responsible people.

Risk management

Considers what could prevent your business from achieving its objectives, how serious the impact could be and what action is sensible.

Practical support: risk registers, prioritised response plans, assigned responsibilities and review dates, covering both workplace and operational risks.

Quality management

Helps a business deliver work consistently, meet agreed requirements and learn from mistakes or customer concerns.

Practical support: process descriptions, controlled documents, internal review checklists, records of problems and corrective-action follow-up.

Implementation and review

A file is useful only when the people doing the work understand it and keep it current.

Practical support: explaining procedures, organising evidence, reviewing progress and helping management turn findings into a clear action list.

What to expect

We begin with your activities, existing documents and priorities. An agreed assignment may produce a gap review, tailored procedures, registers or an implementation plan. The scope identifies what will be reviewed and delivered. System support does not itself constitute certification or guarantee legal compliance.

02 · Financial Management Systems

Make the numbers
easier to work with.

A financial management system is the combination of records, tools and routines used to capture transactions, check information and understand the financial side of a business.

The emphasis is practical: accurate inputs, organised supporting documents and useful information for the person making decisions. A system may use existing software, structured spreadsheets or a combination of both.

Financial records and bookkeeping support

Bring invoices, receipts and transaction information into a consistent filing and recording process.

You can expect: agreed record categories, a practical capture routine and a clear list of missing documents or items requiring clarification.

Invoicing and client accounts

Keep track of what has been billed, what has been paid and what needs follow-up.

You can expect: invoice registers, payment tracking, organised client-account information and a repeatable follow-up process.

Payroll and employee information

Payroll depends on reliable employee records, approved inputs, changes, benefits and deductions.

You can expect: support with payroll administration, input checks, employee records and reporting, within the responsibilities agreed for the assignment.

Spreadsheets, reports and controls

Turn raw information into a format that helps you spot errors, compare figures and decide what to do next.

You can expect: tailored Excel tools, reporting layouts, checking steps and guidance on updating them. Where useful, these can support expense tracking, budgets or cash-flow visibility.

What to expect

We first agree which records and processes need attention, who approves transactions and how often information should be updated. Deliverables may include a working spreadsheet, organised records, an account tracker or a reporting routine. This offering is financial administration and systems support; statutory audit, investment advice and professional tax opinions are outside this description.

03 · Administrative support

Put everyday detail
in its place.

Good administration makes information easier to find, responsibilities clearer and follow-up more dependable.

Support can address a specific backlog, improve a recurring process or help coordinate agreed day-to-day work. The aim is a practical arrangement that suits how your business operates.

Documents and records

Prepare, format and organise the documents your business uses, from correspondence to forms, registers and reports.

You can expect: consistent templates, sensible file naming and a folder structure that helps people locate the current version.

People and task coordination

Keep employee information, action lists and follow-up tasks from becoming scattered across messages and notebooks.

You can expect: updated records, task trackers, responsibility lists and clear handover notes for the agreed work.

Operational administration

Connect office records with the practical movement of stock, supplies, deliveries and information.

You can expect: support with procurement records, delivery tracking, stock discrepancies, supplier communication or project administration, according to your needs.

Process improvement and training

Make recurring tasks easier to repeat by setting out what happens, who does it and which information is needed.

You can expect: simple procedures, checklists, working examples and explanations that help users maintain the process after handover.

What to expect

We identify the workload, access requirements, priorities and deadlines before starting. The agreed output may be a cleared set of records, a document pack, a working tracker or a repeatable administrative process. Progress and outstanding information are made visible, so you know what has been completed and what still needs your input.

Our approach

Understand the need.
Agree the next step.

Every business works differently. A focused conversation helps define the support that makes sense for yours.

01

Talk through your priorities

Describe the problem, your current process and the result you need. We identify the information required to understand the work.

02

Agree the scope and quotation

Clarify deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees before work begins. This also identifies any specialist input or access that may be needed.

03

Complete, explain and hand over

Work through the agreed tasks, review the output with you and explain how to use it. Any further support is discussed and agreed separately.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Can I ask for help with only one task?

Yes. Start with the task or problem you have. A focused assignment may be more useful than a complete systems overhaul. The scope is agreed around the work required.

Will you work with my existing systems?

The starting point is to understand what you already use. Where practical, support builds on existing records and tools. Any proposed changes are discussed before implementation.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

A brief description of the problem, your priorities and deadlines is enough to start. We can then identify which documents or examples are needed and agree how they should be shared.

How are fees and timescales decided?

They depend on the agreed scope, the condition and volume of existing records, and the access or information required. These points are clarified before work begins; additional work is agreed separately.

Does systems support include certification or specialist advice?

The service helps you organise and implement practical systems. Independent certification and specialist legal, medical, tax or audit work require appropriately qualified providers where applicable. Any such requirements should be identified when the assignment is scoped.
