Most of us, whether we are on our way to God, in the way of what He wants to do, or on the road with God; we all have that overwhelming realisation that we are completely unworthy of God’s goodness and forgiveness at some stage or another.

The problem is, we are attributing our flawed characteristics onto a Holy God.  The truth is, we ARE unworthy, and nothing that we can do or think or say can ever make us worthy.

BUT GOD!

God longed to be with us, His creation, and saw our longing and need to be with Him.  So, He sent us Jesus, Who lived a holy life, to die for our sins.  The only Man to ever walk the earth worthy of being with God, died for our unworthiness to make us worthy if we believe in Him.

Now we have found a hope in our Lord, Jesus Christ.  A cherished desire with anticipation that we will be with God.  Because we know that our Lord is full of mercy, is kind, gentle, and compassionate; especially towards us who are so undeserving of it.  We know that Jesus is full of loving-kindness, tenderness, and benevolent affection.  We know that with Jesus there is continuous and boundless redemption and freedom from guilt or blame for having done so much wrong.

“O Israel, hope in the Lord!  For with the Lord there is mercy and loving-kindness, and with Him is plenteous redemption.”

Psalm 130:7 AMPC

Through our faith in Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we have found abundant hope through measureless mercy with overflowing loving-kindness in continuous redemption.

“Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ.  Today I have learnt that I truly am unworthy to be in Your presence.  Thank you Jesus, the only One ever found worthy to enter into the presence of God, that You lived, and died, and rose again, that I may be found worthy, in You, to approach the Throne of Grace with boldness.  Thank you God for pursuing me, enabling me to pursue You too.  Amen.”

LFM friends and family.  May the peace of God be within you.  May you have peace, be content, perfect in completeness, and be in fullness with harmony and wellbeing!

God’s Richest Love and Blessings to you all.
